Email privacy@rsfarm.cn with the subject “EatTheFretboard account deletion request”. We will use a reasonable verification step before acting on the request so another person cannot delete your account without permission.
请发送邮件至 privacy@rsfarm.cn，主题填写“EatTheFretboard account deletion request”。我们会在处理前进行合理验证，避免他人未经授权删除您的账号。
What to include邮件中需要提供什么
- The email address associated with your request or, if available in your app version, your account.
- A clear request to delete the EatTheFretboard account and associated data.
- Optional context if you are also reporting a support issue.
- 与请求关联的邮箱；如您使用的 App 版本提供账号，则填写与账号关联的邮箱；
- 明确说明需要删除 EatTheFretboard 账号及关联数据；
- 如同时报告支持问题，可选择补充相关情况。
Do not send a password, payment-card details or a full identity document.

What deletion covers删除范围
For the current version, deletion covers support or privacy correspondence that can be linked to the verified requester. If your version provides an account, deletion also covers that account and the data directly associated with it. Information required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial records or other legal obligations may be retained only for the applicable required period.
对于当前版本，删除范围包括能够与已验证请求人关联的支持或隐私沟通记录。如果您使用的版本提供账号，删除范围还包括该账号及与其直接关联的数据。因安全、反欺诈、争议处理、财务记录或其他法律义务必须保留的信息，只会在相应必要期限内保留。
We will process a verified deletion request without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law. We will notify you when the request is complete or if we need additional information.

Cancel subscriptions separately订阅需要单独取消
Account deletion and app removal do not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Open the subscription settings of the store account used for purchase and cancel the subscription there. Store rules determine billing and refunds.
删除账号或卸载 App 不会自动取消 App Store 或 Google Play 订阅。请打开购买时使用的商店账号订阅设置并在其中取消；账单与退款以商店规则为准。
