EatTheFretboard offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription, an annual auto-renewing subscription and a one-time permanent-purchase option. The options available to you and the exact local price, currency and tax treatment are shown before purchase in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase screen.

Seven-day trial and automatic renewal7 天试用与自动续费
Eligible users may receive a seven-day free trial when it is displayed on the store purchase screen. Trial eligibility is determined by the applicable store account and offer rules. Unless cancelled before the store’s stated deadline, the selected subscription begins or renews automatically and the store account used for purchase is charged the displayed price for the next period.
符合条件的用户在商店购买界面显示相应优惠时，可获得 7 天免费试用。试用资格由相应商店账号与优惠规则决定。除非在商店说明的截止时间前取消，否则所选订阅会自动开始或续订，并由购买时使用的商店账号按界面显示价格支付下一周期费用。
Cancellation取消订阅
Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel it in the subscription settings of the Apple or Google account used to purchase it. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, subject to store rules.
卸载 App 或申请删除账号不会自动取消商店订阅。请在购买时使用的 Apple 或 Google 账号订阅设置中管理或取消。除商店规则另有规定外，取消通常在当前已付费周期结束时生效。
Permanent purchase永久买断
A permanent purchase is a one-time payment for the EatTheFretboard access and entitlement described on the purchase screen. It does not renew automatically and does not transfer ownership of the software, brand or intellectual property. Access remains subject to these terms, applicable law and the store rules.
永久买断是对购买界面所说明的 EatTheFretboard 使用权与权益进行的一次性付费，不会自动续费，也不转移软件、品牌或知识产权的所有权。使用权仍受本条款、适用法律与商店规则约束。
Refunds and support退款与支持
Refund eligibility and processing are determined by the store through which the purchase was made. For help identifying the purchase channel, email support@rsfarm.cn without sending payment-card details.
