By downloading or using EatTheFretboard, you agree to these terms and the applicable app-store rules. If you do not agree, do not use the product. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must obtain it before use.
下载或使用 EatTheFretboard 即表示您同意本条款及适用的应用商店规则。如不同意，请勿使用本产品；如当地法律要求获得父母或监护人同意，应在使用前取得相应同意。
Limited licence有限许可
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for lawful personal practice. The app, visual design, software and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Acceptable use可接受使用
- Do not use the product to violate law or the rights of others.
- Do not bypass technical protections or interfere with service operation.
- Do not distribute modified or unauthorised copies.
- Do not use automated means to abuse support or future online services.
- 不得利用本产品违法或侵害他人权利；
- 不得绕过技术保护或干扰服务运行；
- 不得分发修改版或未经授权的副本；
- 不得利用自动化方式滥用支持渠道或未来在线服务。
Practice tool and availability练习工具与可用性
EatTheFretboard is a practice aid, not a guarantee of musical progress or professional instruction. Device microphones, room noise, instrument condition and system settings can affect pitch detection. Features may change as the product is improved, subject to applicable law and store requirements.
EatTheFretboard 是练习辅助工具，不保证学习进度，也不替代专业教学。设备麦克风、环境噪声、乐器状态与系统设置均可能影响音高识别。产品功能可能随改进而调整，但会遵守适用法律和商店要求。
Suspension, termination and contact暂停、终止与联系
You may stop using the app at any time. We may limit or terminate access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to misuse or discontinue a service. Questions about these terms can be sent to developer@rsfarm.cn.
